I love the colors and lightning in this photo. It gives about this mysterious like feeling!

I would have to say that I like this although it does appear to be manipulated, nothing wrong with that but it is often helpful to say it off the bat. The contrast and the color saturation have great qualities and give a real nice mood. The focus is good but slightly off however I think that kind of adds to the piece. Depending on what sex is viewing the piece it looks like Ryan is trying to either start something or get a girl to know him better or vice versa. Good work.

I really like the lighting in this piece and how the yellow of the lamp contrasts against the dark blue that dominates the rest of the image. I especially like the way the subject’s face it lit and the soft shadows around his cheeks. I think the composition is really quite good, but it would have been even better to tighten the composition by having the light a little closer vertically to the subject.
